A federal court has issued a temporary injunction against an Obamacare mandate for Bible publisher Tyndale House.
The Illinois-based company objected to the provision requiring employers to provide coverage for abortion-inducing and contraception drugs.
Tyndale's objection was initially questioned on the basis of whether or not the company was classified as religious enough for an exemption.
Friday's ruling stops the enforcement of the contraception mandate for Tyndale. It's the third ruling of its kind nationwide against the Obamacare provision.
