As the manhunt unfolds for one of two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing, Americans are still reeling from Tuesday's attack. Three died and more than 140 were wounded in the two bomb blasts that went off at the finish line.
The bombs spread shrapnel through the crowd severing peoples limbs from their bodies. Bystanders and emergency response teams rushed to the site to tend to the wounded and evacuated them to local hospitals.
