The new budget deal also includes a hidden tax, according to Heritage Foundation blogger Rob Bluey.
Washington calls them 'fee increases,' but for the rest of America, they're really tax hikes, he says.
Airline travelers will take the hardest hit. Currently, the Transportation Security Administration collects a $2.50 fee per flight for every passenger. In the new deal, that fee more than doubles to $5.60 per flight.
Bluey points out the increase isn't even going to the TSA, but into a general treasury fund.
