New Yorkers Not Swayed by Anti-Christmas Ads

Ad Feedback

An atheist group is paying a lot of money for billboards in New York City's Times Square. Their message?  Take Christ out of Christmas.

The Media Research Center's Dan Joseph went to Times Square to ask New Yorkers what they thought, and their responses undermine the atheist's efforts.

The majority of those interviewed agreed Christ is the reason for the season, saying you can't take Christ out of Christmas "because that's why it's called Christmas."

Agreeing that atheists are entitled to their opinion, others said the billboards will not sway their belief that Christ belongs in Christmas and that they will not stop them from "wishing people a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year."
