A Kentucky high school is on the defensive after Android tablets meant to help students with their homework instead became a gateway for pornography.
Parents are in an uproar because they say the tablets need more filters and parental controls.
"She is chatting with her friends and they are able to send her pornographic images," Stephani Torres, mother of one of the students, said. "Click on that link and leave Facebook and go somewhere else where there are pornographic images."
The students aren't only looking at disturbing images; they're also visiting chat rooms and having conversations with older men.
Administrators said the school has an acceptable use policy that all parents signed. They say it's the parents responsibility to monitor their children.
