Court Backs Ohio Business on Contraception Mandate

Ad Feedback

An appeals court is siding with Ohio business owners who challenged the Obamacare birth control coverage mandate.

The business owners argue the mandate to provide contraceptive coverage would make them violate their Catholic beliefs.

Friday's ruling by a Washington D.C. court said the mandate limits the free exercise of religion.

The case is just one of many on the birth control mandate issue in Obamacare. It is likely to be resolved by the Supreme Court.
