The site to enroll in the president's health care plan has cost taxpayers big time.
Government records show www.healthcare.gov cost upwards of $600 million to create -- more than $500 million over the estimated costs.
Even with the high price tag, the site has been plagued with technical problems.
"How can we tax people for not buying a product from a website that doesn't work?" Speaker of the House Rep John Boehner asked.
The Obama administration has declined to disclose how many people have enrolled through the website. Some insurance companies say they've had zero new clients sign up from the site.
