A family-owned Colorado company has won its fight for exemption from the Obamacare contraception mandate.
A federal appeals court issued the order for Cherry Creek Mortgage Tuesday.
The ruling is the latest round in the owners' battle against the mandate, which they say violates their religious beliefs.
A federal district court had ruled against the business in May.
"People of faith in this nation, including business owners, have the constitutionally protected freedom to live and do business according to their faith," the Alliance Defending Freedom, which is represented the company, said. "The Obama administration should not be attempting to deprive Americans of this cherished liberty."
