A flower shop owner in Richland, Wash., is being sued for refusing to provide flower arrangements for a gay wedding.

Baronelle Stutzman has owned Arlene's Flower's for decades. When asked to sell flowers to a gay couple for their wedding, she declined, saying it was against her Christian beliefs.

Stutzman spoke exclusively with CBN News about being taken to court over the matter.

"You have to make a stand somewhere in your life on what you believe and don't believe," she said. "It was just a time that I had to take a stand and everybody will have to come to that same time in their business."

Lawyers tell CBN News this case could go all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

CBN News Reporter David Brody will have a complete report on this story on The 700 Club soon. Stay with CBN News for full coverage.
