Hobby Lobby's Obamacare Fight Heading to the Sup. Court?

Ad Feedback

Craft store giant Hobby Lobby's case against the Obamacare contraception coverage mandate might go before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Federal attorneys have asked the court to decide the case.

The Green family, who owns the chain of stores, says the regulation goes against their Christian values and would force them to pay millions in fines for not violating their conscience.

Their lawyer, Kyle Duncan, says  they're "confident that the Supreme Court will reject the government's extreme position and hold that religious liberty is for everyone-including people who run a business."
