A shrinking budget could delay your tax returns and make it harder for you to reach an IRS agent.
That's the latest word from the agency's commissioner after congress cut $346 million from the IRS budget.
Its $10.9 billion budget is about a billion dollars less than the agency received in 2010.
The latest cuts come just as the IRS begins to play a bigger role inPresident Barack Obama's health care law.
This year will mark the first time taxpayers have to report whether they have health insurance on their tax returns.
