World-renowned neurosurgeon and New York Times bestselling author Dr. Ben Carson is one of the prominent leaders today taking a stand for the Christian faith and not backing down.
Last year, he created a stir after a speech he gave at the National Prayer Breakfast criticized the president's policies.
Now, his new book, One Nation: What We Can All Do to Save America's Future, is a clarion call to return to our historic culture of personal responsibility in order to solve the expanding list of America's ills.
Some of those ills include a growing national debt, deteriorating morals, failing to make meaningful progress with education, resolving the Obamacare and healthcare problems, and tempering media elitism and political correctness.
Carson says that Americans today are taught to shy away from the Judeo-Christian values that this country was built on.
He says we need to go back to our roots, that is, believing in God, in order to make true the phrase "One Nation Under God."
