D. James Kennedy Ministries Unveils New Chief

Dr. Frank Wright, the former head of the National Religious Broadcasters and Salem Communications, will take the helm of the global ministry founded by his long-time friend, the late D. James Kennedy.
  
The Ft. Lauderdale, Florida-based ministry, formerly known as Coral Ridge Ministries, produces a weekly nationally syndicated TV and radio broadcast, called "Truth That Transforms" and "Kennedy Classics."
  
Wright previously served as president at Salem Communications, a major Christian radio broadcaster, internet content provider and media publisher. 

He also spent 10 years leading the National Religious Broadcasters.
  
Jim Carlson, chairman of the board at James Kennedy Ministries, cited Wright's strategic experience and success in broadcast management and his knowledge of public policy. 

"Beyond a shadow of a doubt, God has led Dr. Wright and our ministry to this partnership 'for such a time as this,'" he said.
