Jurors in the Boston Marathon bombing trial begin the penalty phase Tuesday, one day after the 2015 marathon.

It's been two years since the bombings left three people dead and wounded more than 260.

Rebekah Gregory was one of 16 bombing victims to lose a limb.

"There's life after bad things that happen to you, and if I can be someone 's hope or inspiration, that's what I want to do for the rest of my life," she said.

Earlier this month, jurors found Dzhokhar Tsarnaev guilty of all 30 charges against him.

They now deliberate whether to sentence Tsarnaev to life in prison or death.

His lawyers are expected to continue arguing he doesn't deserve the death penalty. They say the 19-year-old was heavily influenced by his older brother at the time of the attack.
