A University of Cincinnati police officer is facing murder charges after shooting an unarmed black man in the head during a traffic stop.

The entire incident was caught on a police body camera. Last week, 25-year-old Ray Tensing pulled over Samuel DuBose, 43, for not having a front license plate.

The video shows an argument between the two that included the officer opening the car door and DuBose pulling it shut, then driving away, and crashing into an embankment.

The officer said he was dragged by the car and forced to shoot at DuBose. The prosecutor says he should have let him go and calls the shooting "senseless."
