Future of Obamacare Rests with Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court will hear an important challenge Wednesday to President Barack Obama's health care law.

The justices will try to determine whether only people who have bought insurance on state exchanges qualify for the tax-credit subsidies, Reuters reports.

That decision could have a major impact on the future of Obamacare in America.

Ed Haislmaeir, a senior research fellow for Health Policy Studies at the Heritage Foundation, spoke with CBN News' Mark Martin about the case and it's possible impact. Click play to watch the interview.
