March 2 is the late Dr. Seuss's birthday and the nation is celebrating with Read Across America Day.
Dr. Seuss, whose real name was Theodor Seuss Geisel, wrote popular children's books like Cat in the Hat and Green Eggs and Ham.
The Read Across America program is in it's 19th year, and it focuses on motivating children and teens to read year-round.
