Few countries have undergone as many challenges and created as many opportunities as China in recent years, and few are as aware of the complexities as Ambassador Zhou Wenzhong. 

For the past three years he has been Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of to the United States, but his diplomatic experience spans neearly four decades.
