Violence remains down in Iraq, but suicide attacks by women there are on the rise.
Intelligence officials say al Qaeda has now set up a special recruiting network aimed at turning out more of these female bombers.
"They made me do it," a 15-year-old Iraqi girl said.
She was detained by Iraqi police while wearing a suicide belt filled with explosives.
The girl says she was not going to use it but was only delivering it to someone else.
She later led police to another house that contained a second suicide belt.
