China's house churches received an offer of help from an unexpected source.

Representatives of Chinas official churches want to give Bibles to unregistered house churches, according to a report by The Christian Post.

Bibles are desperately needed at the home gatherings.

Even though the government prints thousands of Bibles every year, only those in government-sanctioned churches can buy them.

The leaders of official churches say they'll only help house churches that are orthodox in their beliefs and don't follow "heretics."
