After almost 30 years of tension, there are signs of progress in the relationship between the U.S. and Iran.

The U.S. recently announced it will attend meetings with Iran's top nuclear negotiator this weekend.  Now, the White House says it may open a diplomatic outpost in Tehran.

The "U.S. Interests Section" would be the first there since 1979.
