Al-Qaeda operatives will reportedly release a new video that calls on Jihadists to use weapons of mass destruction against the West.

Government sources told ABC News the tape would be posted on the Internet within a day.

The tape will say that biological, chemical and nuclear weapons should be used against civilians.

An FBIi spokesman said there's no evidence of any specific plot to attack the U.S., but the video will be reviewed for any intelligence value.
