Millions of Jews from around the world gathered to celebrate passover in Jerusalem and among them were Jesus of Nazareth and his disciples.

When Jesus arrived in Jerusalem the crowds shouted the words of King David, "Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord."

They expected a coronation and what they saw was an act of redemption.

Jesus was about to do something of eternal significance as the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world.
