Netanyahu to Cut Taxes for Israelis

Ad Feedback

Benjamin Netanyahu plans to cut taxes for Israelis.

Bloomberg reports it's a strategy he'll use when he becomes Israel's new prime minister.

It's a strategy he used when he was Israel's finance minister that pulled the Israeli economy out of recession six years ago.

But some say Netanyahu's objectives to help the economy may not be that successful this time.

The recession in the U.S. and Europe is impacting Israel, shrinking its economy.

Israel is also faced with budget deficits and a frozen corporate bond market.
