On Friday, the interim president of Honduras said he is open to holding early elections to resolve the political crisis in that country.
The Organizations of American States has given Roberto Micheletti until Saturday to restore ousted president Manuel Zelaya to power.
Meanwhile, a group of American teenagers from Bent Tree Christian Fellowship in Texas is happy to be back home from a missions trip to Honduras.
"One morning at about 5:00 a.m., we heard gunshots," Annie Hofstra said. "Our leader came in and told us to grab our laundry and some food. And we had to leave in ten minutes."
Stacy Roth, another teenager with the group, said she was nervous at first.
"We had to rely on emails," she said. "We didn't get to talk to the kids the whole time they were gone. Everything we learned from all the chaos. We learned God was in control of everything."
