Violence Flares-up on Israel-Gaza Border

Ad Feedback

Violence on the Israel-Gaza border left four Palestinian gunmen dead on Monday.

The gunmen were a part of a group of 10 gunmen trying to cross into Israel. They were stopped by Israeli troops.

Palestinian security officials say the Israeli troops opened fire on the Palestinians.

But the Israeli military says the Israeli troops came under fire and shot back.

Gaza has been relatively quiet since fighting in January -- but sporadic violence like this episode has continued along the border.
