In Pakistan, street battles and demonstrations subsided, Monday, as the political crisis there was diffused.  But will it last?

Lawyers and supporters of the opposition party rallied Sunday night outside the home of former Supreme Court justice, Iftikhar Chaudhry.

The Pakistani government has agreed to reinstate Judge Chaudhry as chief justice of the court on March 21.
