More than 600 people have been killed in landslides and flooding in the Philippines and hundreds of thousands are still displaced.
Back-to-back storms began flooding the northern Philippines on Sept. 26.
The storms caused the worst flooding the country has seen in 40 years. The hardest hit areas are about 125 miles north of Manila.
Operation Blessing is on the scene helping the flood victims.
