Thousands of Venezuelans are protesting against President Hugo Chavez.
People filled the streets of Caracas on Saturday protesting what they say is growing authoritarianism by the Venzuelan president.
Protestors have denounced recent arrests of opposition members and are protesting against a new education law they say could lead to indoctrination of children in schools.
"It's very concerning because education is Venezuela's future," said 23-year-old engineering student Carlos Delgado.
Administrative worker Carlos Garcia, 41, defended the government saying the goal of the education law is to make the system more inclusive.
