A string of deadly explosions in Iraq killed 58 people, Friday.
The bombings targeted Shiite Muslim worshipers and the largest attack hit a religious site where hundreds gathered for prayer.
About 150 people were injured, including children.
The recent attacks are in response to the killing of two top al Qaeda leaders by U.S. and Iraqi forces.
Attacks are expected to continue as U.S. troops prepare to the country and extremists try to ignite religious warfare.
