Hundreds of families living in a garbage dump in Egypt are getting help from a Christian charity.
Men, women and children sift through the rubbish with their bare hands to make a living.
Most of them suffer from bronchitis, asthma and skin diseases from being in such a toxic environment. They cannot afford treatment.
CBN's Operation Blessing recently held a free medical clinic for them. The aid organization also provides on-going education, special outreaches, counseling and vocational training.
