CBN TV Series Targets Thailand's Children

The Christian Broadcasting Network's global Worldreach ministry has relaunched a weekly children's TV series titled "Pen Dek" for viewers in Thailand.

When translated into English, "Pen Dek" means to be a person living a life with high standards.

The program features segments that teach Christian values. The TV series also has Internet interactive capabilities where children can use Facebook and YouTube to watch short videos and win prizes.

Children who watch the program each week are also encouraged to join a club to receive fun materials that teach Christian principles. Almost 15,000 children have already joined the club.

CBN reports an average of 3 million kids watch the program every month.
