International human rights activists are asking the United Nations to help find a missing Chinese attorney.
Christian human rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng was last seen one year ago, when police took him from his home.
Before his disappearance, he revealed that he'd suffered repeated arrest and torture at the hands of Chinese authorities.
When asked about Gao, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesman said only that "he is where he should be."
Friends and relatives fear Gao may be have been killed while imprisoned.
