Doctors in Haiti are treating an earthquake survivor they believe spent 27 days under the rubble.
The man, identified as Evans Monsigrace, has told doctors he was selling rice at a flea market when the Jan. 12 earthquake hit.
Doctor David Chong of the University of Miami field hospital in Port-au-Prince, Haiti said the 28-year-old survivor asked for chocolate.
"He's doing very well," Chong said. "We've been giving him intravenous fluids and he's tolerating them well. We also gave him a Hershey bar. He was pretty happy about that."
Doctors said Monsigrace will likely be fed rice before going on to more complex foods.
He's also being treated for injuries to his feet.
"He's not going to be able to walk for a while, but he should have a full recovery," Chong said.
