It's difficult for people in remote areas of Peru to get clean drinking water.

People who live in certain colonies must walk two miles just to get to the nearest river. The river is polluted and the contaminated water has caused a great deal of sickness among the villagers.

CBN's Operation Blessing International is helping a community of 1,500 people try to avoid disease from polluted water sources.

They have installed a water purification system and connected it to an existing well, enabling the system to deliver up to 10,000 gallons of clean water a day
