Last month more than 99 percent of residents in southern Sudan voted for independence from the north.
Now, South Sudan will become the world's newest country in July.
Jordan Sekulow, director of international operations for the American Center for Law and Justice, is in Juba, Sudan, helping draft the new nation's constitution.
