Pakistani intelligence told NBC News Wednesday that al Zawahri and key commanders of the terrorist group have 'migrated' from South Asia.

Osama bin Laden's former deputy became the new head of al Qaeda after bin Laden was killed in May during a U.S. Navy SEAL raid on his Pakistan compound.
Meanwhile, the White House has yet to comment on news reports that the Taliban is setting up an office in the Arab Gulf nation of Qatar.
