Ten people are were killed during an attack on Christians in northeast Nigeria in the village of Chibok in Borno State.

A security official said gunmen attacked a church and a road construction crew.

The radical Islamist sect Boko Haram has targeted churches and government establishments in the region.

Hundreds have died in the violence between the two sides in the last few years.
