The United States is pushing for religious freedom in countries that are in transition across the Mideast.
"In many places in the past year, we've seen religious minorities become targets," Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Thursday at a human rights conference in Ireland.
She pointed out that faith communities report "the pressure is rising."
Clinton also spoke out about the disputed Egyptian constitution. She said the Egyptian people deserve a document that protects the rights of all, including religious minoritites.
