Kiev, Ukraine, will soon be filled with soccer fans for the Euro 2012 Championship Tournament.
The games will be a huge boost for the city's tourism industry, but trafficking advocates say the sex industry sees an increase as well.
City officials have already begun to take steps to combat the problem.
"We have ordered police and the (state security service) SBU to prevent such activities," Anatoly Holubchenko, deputy head of city government, told reporters.
CBN's Orphan's Promise is also working to bring awareness to the fight against human trafficking in Ukraine.
The charity is partnering with Free International to hold training for hotel workers. Employees are given practical information on how to spot human traffickers and their victims.
