CBN Gives Indian Villages Access to Clean Water

Ad Feedback

The Christian Broadcasting Network is working to purify water in villages near the capitol of India.

Law prohibits well drilling in the area because the water table is already low. Still, the need for clean drinking water remains high.

In response, CBN and its charity Operation Blessing International are working to distribute water purifiers. So far, more than 450 have been handed out in area villages.

Residents were also taught about good hygiene.

Since 1999, CBN's Living Water program has provided clean water for more than 4.2 million people in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
