John Heerema was a Christian businessman who was beginning to feel restless.

He soon realized God was calling him to a life much bigger than he'd been living.
    
Heerema left his business and started a church-planting ministry called Big Life. A few years later he met up with Indian evangelist Benjamin Francis.
