A Saudi Arabian man faces sentencing Tuesday in a failed bombing plot against the United States.
Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari could be sent to prison for life after being convicted in June of trying to use a weapon of mass destruction.
Prosecutors say the former Texas Tech University student had researched possible targets, including power plants and the Dallas home of former President George W. Bush.
He had also purchased chemicals needed to create explosives and had emails and journal entries containing the recipe for a chemical bomb.
