France's social security system will soon cover the total cost of an abortion.

Agence France Presse reports the move is part of a group of reforms aimed at making abortions more accessible for all women.

Currently, the system only covers 70 to 80 percent of the costs. The change is included in the 2013 social security budget.
    
Abortions will be available at every major hospital in the country.
