A suspected U.S. drone strike has killed another seven alleged al Qaeda terrorists in southern Yemen Wednesday.

The drone attack is the fifth in Yemen in less than two weeks.

The news comes one day after the United States and Britain evacuated embassy staff over a threatened terror attack in the country.

The U.S. has temporarily shut down 19 embassies across the Middle East and Africa.

A senior U.S. official said they're responding after al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri called for a "big attack" with "strategic significance."
