The world's 80 million Anglicans have a new archbishop of Canterbury Tuesday.
The Rev. Justin Welby is the new leader of the Anglican Communion.
The 57-year-old is married with five children. He's also a former oil executive.
Welby is taking over at a turbulent time. The Anglican Communion, which includes the U.S. Episcopal Church, is divided over female bishops and same-sex relationships.
Welby opposes government efforts to legalize gay marriage in the U.K.
