Obama, Bush Mark Tanzania Embassy Attack

Ad Feedback

President Obama concluded his trip to Africa Tuesday at a memorial service in Tanzania.

It was to honor and remember the 11 Americans killed in an attack on the U.S. Embassy in Tanzania 15 years ago.

Former President George W. Bush joined Obama for the ceremony. The two laid a wreath at the memorial site.

The attack was master-minded by Osama Bin Laden and was followed that same day by an attack on the American Embassy in Kenya.
