World Water Day Highlights Need for Clean Water

Ad Feedback

Friday is World Water Day, which aims to raise awareness about the global problems in water and sanitation.

As the world's population grows, the demand for fresh water grows with it.

Lack of access to clean water is linked to child mortality rates, maternal health issues, and overall poverty.

Operation Blessing recently gave a Honduran village the gift of clean water. Teams even installed pipes to bring the drinking water into every home.

Last year alone, Operation Blessing and CBN Partners helped build more than 1,500 wells, providing safe, clean water to more than half a million people.
