Pakistan Taliban Appoints New 'Ruthless' Leader

Ad Feedback

The Pakistan Taliban has chosen its next leader, the man who plotted the shooting of the school-aged activist, Malala Yousafzai, and a series of bombings and beheadings.

Mullah Fazlullah was chosen Thursday to head the terrorist group and has quickly ruled out any peace talks with the Pakistani government.

The appointment of the new, so-called ruthless leader comes less than a week after a U.S. drone strike killed the former commander of the Pakistan Taliban.
