The terrorist magazine, "Inspire," haspublished detailed instructions on how to build a bomb to sneak on commercial airliners.

Written in English, the magazine is published by al Qaeda on the Arabian Peninsula, a group considered the most dangerous wing of the terror organization.

The illustrated details educate "lone-wolf" terrorists on how to make a virtually undetectable bomb inside a water bottle.

The article recommends several U.S., British, and French airlines to target, including Delta, United and American Airlines, Air France and British Airways.

The same magazine inspired the Boston bombers with a detailed guideline on building a bomb in your mother's kitchen.

The latest article even suggests targeting "economic personalities," such as former Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
